The Problem
The client had previously attempted multiple times to request the original paper title for their property from the bank, but was repeatedly informed that the document was not held there and was advised to contact the land titles office. This repeated back-and-forth without success, left the client uncertain of how to obtain their original paper Certificate of Title.

With my assistance, this approach yielded a swift response. The bank located and delivered the original paper Certificate of Title within days.

The Problem

I was lucky to be invited to an information night with Ben McMahon about all things concerning Land Titles, in June of this year. Ben’s presentation was clear, detailed and understandable for those of us with little legal or financial knowledge.
There was a lot of information because the topic is a complicated one that changes from state to state, and from title to title, depending on the individual circumstances.
I wanted to convert my electronic Certificates of Title to paper, and get the paper Certificates of Title in my hands. There were 2 properties involved.
