As of August 3, 2024, the Victorian Land Registry exclusively maintains Certificates of Title electronically, and digital titles can no longer be converted to paper titles.

We attended Ben McMahon's seminar on reclaiming your original house paper title.
Ben was very clear in his instructions on how to obtain the original paper title. He advised us on a few key words to add to our enquiry to obtain the original title. It worked! We received the original Paper Title from the bank within six days.
I had previously emailed the bank contact on several occasions (at least six) to request the original paper title. He kept saying they do not have it or store it and to contact land titles office.
This last time I emailed the bank, using Ben's key words. The response was "I will check and if it's there we will put in an overnight bag to the bank".

I contacted Mr McMahon in late July 2024, just prior to the August 3rd deadline for converting existing digital titles back to paper. He helped me step by step to do a discharge of mortgage with the bank and then convert a digital title back to a paper title.
At the eleventh hour, Ben was able to get the bank, who had eCT control over my digital title, to convert it back to a paper title which I now have in my possession.
Every time I contacted him with a problem he came up straight away with a solution.
